My wife and I are consumers of what was called SAMBRA hummus. Seems overnight to have changed to SABRA, dropping the M. Historically of course it has 'always' been called this. 2 pieces of residue/evidence:

1. The town in India it is named after is still called SAMBRA.
2. Many recipes on the Internet still call it SAMBRA though the pictures show it as SABRA.

Thought is was of interest along with a laundry list that we have noticed.
