Yup - it's THAT joke about his neighbor

Heard the one about the first man on the moon and his neighbor? Plenty have, and plenty more still believe it, yet despite this it's being called an MMDE because all references today show it to have been made up by a comedian.

The joke goes like this:

Just before reentering the lunar module after Apollo 11's EVA, Armstrong made the enigmatic remark, "Good luck, Mr. Gorsky." When Neil was a boy, Mr. Gorsky was his neighbor in Wapakoneta. One day while playing ball in the backyard, the story goes that young Neil heard Mrs. Gorsky shout at Mr. Gorsky: "Oral sex! You want oral sex? You'll get oral sex when the kid next door walks on the moon!"

The comedian's name is Buddy Hackett and he is said to have first made it around 1990.

Pilot

Neil Armstrong saw action when he was a pilot in the Korean War. He became a test pilot after this in the '50's, and his skill combined with quiet, determined manner earned him a place in history, as well as a funny story relating to the Mandela Effect ;-)
