I've a feeling/I don't think

The Wizard of Oz features several times as a Mass Memory Discrepancy Effect, which is remarkable for such a well-known movie.

The famous line from Dorothy as soon as she is transported there has also come up for scrutiny. See it today, and you hear "Toto, I've a feeling we're not in Kansas anymore", and not the claimed original of "Toto, I don't think we're in Kansas anymore".

As reported with the other incidents related to the Wizard of Oz, this could be connected to the fact there have been several cuts of the movie since the original degraded so much after being badly stored for years.

Misquote

The other way it's often misquoted is "Looks like we're not in Kansas anymore", and both ways can be found in many places today with the movie having been so popular and having been around for so long.

There are many Mandela Effect related to famous movies. One school of thought is that there is a huge move to get all content online, so it can be controlled centrally. This is literally what 1984 is all about. We have evidence with the move to streaming content online, rather that everyone hoard their own copies. Media formats are quickly made obsolete and any playback devices become niche, such as VHS players, cassettes etc. Even businesses which used to process all their data locally are encouraged, or more like almost forced, to move everything to "the cloud", i.e. to somewhere where someone else can control it. Taking this further, suppose somehow the only place for all the content created thus far was remotely in this fashion? If so, and society changed, that content would be easy to manipulate and deny it was ever different. Eurasia will have always been at war with Ociana. Disney had tons of content which is now considered racist, so you won't find it anywhere online. What if wearing blue socks for some reason came to be seriously offensive, and the only copies of The Wizard of Oz was online? Smart  AI video processing tricks would easily fix that, leaving those who say they remember how they used to be labelled as cranks.
